Stop working for FREE.
Invest in yourself first.

When was the last time you took a break?
A proper one.
Where you paused the Slack notifications, set your out-of-office, and actually stayed offline??
This week, I’m coming to you live from my bed in the UK, curled up with ACOTAR and enjoying every minute. We spent the weekend celebrating love at a gorgeous English countryside wedding - and instead of hauling ass to and from the UK, we decided to gift ourselves a few days away.
Do I have work I could be doing? Yes.
Am I doing it? Nope.
Will my productivity tank? Not at all.

But I wasn’t always this laissez-faire about time off.
Three years ago, I would’ve struggled with ANY time away from the office. Be it a doctor's appointment, errand, or vacation.
Because deep down, I didn’t believe I deserved to step away from my work.
I’d tell myself excuses like…
My boss will get angry.
I’ll hurt my chances at promo.
I have too much to do.
No one can function unless I’m here.
I’ll annoy my coworkers.
Vacations are more stress than they’re worth.
Only 48% of American workers use all of their vacation days. Yes, you read that right. Billions of dollars go unclaimed every year because of people like you feeling “guilty” for getting the f*ck out of office.
It won’t impact your promotability.
Your coworkers won’t hate you.
And you won’t fall behind.
I promise.
I’ve compiled all the research around why vacation days increase your productivity, why not taking a vacation hurts your career, and tips for returning from holiday without the post-vacation scaries.
Just for you.
What’s more important, your wellbeing or company profits?
